◆ROLLING SENTIMENT· FIRMS vs HARVEY
PAGE VS · HARVEYFRAME TX FIRMS · PER-SEATAS OF 2026-05-11
◆ THE TLDR
Harvey's sales motion is anchored on AmLaw 50 / Magic Circle / national in-house. They do that well. Their pricing + onboarding reflect that customer.
We are the opposite: solo and small-firm Texas litigation. Self-serve onboarding, per-seat monthly billing, no BigLaw-procurement lock-in. The Texas-specific depth (TRCP / TRAP / TBCC / TX SOS / 254 county clerks) is built in, not promised on a roadmap.

◆ HONEST CAVEATS
- Harvey's national federal depth is real. If your matters are 5th Cir. + federal-TX-district-heavy we cover you; if they're NY / DC / 9th Cir. + heavy regulatory, Harvey's breadth is the better fit.
- Harvey's deal-side surfaces (M&A diligence playbooks, etc.) are mature. We're focused on TX litigation. Transactional features for us land Phase 3.
- If your firm has a procurement department and an annual-contract muscle, Harvey's motion fits that better. We're Stripe + per-seat. Different relationship, different expectations on both sides.
